  • Dr. Grant Banks, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT

    CO-OWNER/PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Dr. Grant Banks was born and raised in the Upstate, and received his bachelor’s degree here in Greenville, SC at Furman University. He then moved up to NC for a few years while completing his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Elon University. Since that time, he has been relentlessly continuing his education and building expertise to satisfy his passion for getting the absolute best outcomes for his patients. He completed a Manual Therapy Certification through Evidence in Motion in 2017, and soon after became a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Next, he began a 3 year fellowship program in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy through Bellin College, where he had the amazing opportunity to be mentored by some of the very best therapists in the country. During that time, he and his wife, Jenna, worked as traveling physical therapists and enjoyed all of the outdoor activities the Sierra Nevada’s and the Pacific Northwest had to offer.

Grant loves teaching and mentoring other physical therapists and has taught the spine and clinical reasoning sections for a local physical therapy residency program. He is adjunct faculty for Tufts University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program in Boston, MA, and he travels around the country teaching continuing education courses for Evidence in Motion.

Outside of his professional life, Grant loves staying active by attending Beast Mode or CrossFit classes, running, hiking, and playing tennis, basketball, and golf. When it’s snowy in other parts of the country, he absolutely loves hitting the slopes on his snowboard! Finally, as much as he likes being outside and active, there are plenty of times where you can find him at home with his wonderful wife and two sons, enjoying time well-spent doing anything and everything with them.

  • Dr. Jenna Banks, DPT, OCS

    CO-OWNER/PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Dr. Jenna Banks received her BS in Exercise Science in 2011 from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN. She also received a full scholarship to play D1 basketball during her time at Lipscomb. She went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Walsh University in North Canton, OH in 2014; and upon graduation, she pursued an intensive year of residency training in orthopedics. After completing residency and board certification, she gained experience in a spine specialty clinic in Greenville, SC for over two years.

She and her husband, Grant, then traveled out West for about 1.5 years to adventure and continue work as traveling physical therapists. The Pacific Northwest not only became one of Jenna’s favorite places in the country, but living there allowed her the amazing opportunity to receive mentoring from a seasoned pelvic floor PT for 9 months. In addition to honing her snowboarding skills and enjoying daily views of Mt. Rainier, she developed her skill set and clinical reasoning in pelvic floor therapy. After moving back home to Greenville, SC in 2019, Jenna continued treating patients with both general orthopedic and pelvic floor diagnoses for a local hospital system.

Jenna has completed pelvic floor coursework with the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and Evidence in Motion, is certified in dry needling, and has also taken a specialized course in the treatment of the Female Athlete. Jenna is adjunct faculty for Tufts University’s Physical Therapy program in Boston, MA, and has been involved in teaching other clinicians in a local residency program. She has developed an expertise in the treatment of low back, hip, and pelvic floor issues, and finds the most joy in helping people get back to the activities they love.

Jenna loves splitting her working time between the clinic and home, where she is the mother of two young boys. She enjoys exercising at the YMCA, running, hiking, swimming, playing basketball and tennis, and snowboarding (when she has the opportunity)!
